The mission of CENTURION Secured is to enhance the cybersecurity posture of small government entities and businesses in the State of Colorado by providing a robust monitoring service.
The service is staffed by talented students at institutions within the State of Colorado who are able to gain invaluable experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) as Tier 1 Analysts, led, operated and managed by cybersecurity professionals.
We aim to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, offering students invaluable hands-on experience and mentorship while ensuring the highest standards of digital security for our Community Partners and Customers alike.
Through collaboration, education, and dedication, we strive to foster a safer digital environment for small governments and businesses and at the same time, set a standard for others across the nation, by better preparing students in the State of Colorado for entry into the cybersecurity workforce.

Network Traffic Monitoring: CENTURION has the capability to review and analyze traffic that is collected by the CENTURION device that is known at the "collector".
Senior Analyst Review: CENTURION operates on a 3 Tier system. Tickets escalated by Tier 1 SOC Analysts undergo rigorous review at two additional levels, ensuring you are only notified of verified threats.
Expert Oversight: Senior Tier 3 analysts with extensive experience oversee the final validation, guaranteeing the quality of the tickets you receive.

CENTURION came into being as a result of a partnership between The Cybersecurity Center at Metropolitan State University of Denver and PISCES International. Starting in 2021 and our partnership continues to this day through their K-12 program.

From the outset, PISCES International has been an outstanding supporter of our efforts in the State of Colorado. CENTURION is eternally grateful to the PISCES International leadership and support which has been both accommodating and flexible.
We owe a debt of gratitude to Steve Stein and Mike Hamilton at PISCES International for seeing the potential growth for this type of monitoring and education program in Colorado and, the willingness to adopt and support our specific approach.
